Leaving Colorado Springs

June 1st, 2009. We ended our lease with the Applings in Colorado Springs and drove to Mitchell, NE to spend some time with friends before we went to Columbus, OH. We have only known the Mertzweiller's for a short time, but they treated us like family. We helped them get ready for camp this year.

This is the studio apartment where we stayed while in Mitchell.
